Grace Will Be 8 Months Old THIS SATURDAY!

What? Already! I know. I feel the same way...it's going by so fast.
I think I say that at least once a week. I do feel that things keep getting more "fun" the older she gets.


So, here's the stats...

She's weighs just under 18 pounds.

She is crawling all over the place--still mostly using the army crawl technique, which she has mastered and it gets her about quite quickly. She has a built in radar for all cords and anything else she isn't supposed to get into.

She's been rocking back on her legs and doing crazy push-ups for the last month, but has yet to crawl "normally". Who knows, maybe she'll just keep up the army crawl until she starts walking. We'll see.

She loves it when you jump out and startle her a bit. Weird kid. It makes her laugh really hard.

She is, for the most part, back into the rhythm of sleeping through the night. 

Praise the Lord. Seriously.

Loves, loves, loves to swing.

She still puts EVERYTHING into her mouth....

dirty sock, yum...shoes, yum...stroller tire, let me lick that for a bit, yum!

She has cut her first tooth...just this last week actually.

She has become so much more aware. 

Finally noticed the ceiling and recently seems to just love staring up at it. 

I wonder what she's thinking!?

She's also discovered the joy of climbing around in her exersaucer

 and spends quite a bit of time under there.

And she's slowly begun to eat some food. 

Doesn't look like she cares too much for oatmeal, does it?!
